Each of his leather pieces — hand-stamped leather trays, hand-stitched tote bags — is produced onsite in his Los Angeles workshop, using \u003cspan style=\"font-weight: 400;\"\u003eall-natural, vegetable-tanned cowhide leather sourced from one of the oldest tanneries in the U.S.: Hermann Oak Leather Co., a nearly 120-year-old tannery in St. Louis, Missouri. Pieces are hand-stitched — not with a sewing machines — using Western saddle-making techniques; see them at work in the lacing that joins the leather-wrapped vases for Bloomist. And finishing details — are similarly executed by hand.
