Each cover is loomed and finished in Meulebeke, Belgium by artisans steeped in a region’s centuries-old linen tradition. The pre-washed fabric is smooth to the touch, yet sturdy enough to live with daily. Over time, it softens further, becoming a beloved object of comfort and continuity.

Its warm blush panel is framed by handwoven black and ivory stripes—a bold yet balanced composition that feels grounded and timeless. Insert Option: This pillow cover can be ordered with or without a premium down insert. To include an insert, simply select that option from the drop-down menu. Each insert is made with a 100% cotton cover filled with 90% duck feathers and 10% goose down, giving it a soft, cozy feel. For the best shape and loft, inserts are sized 2 inches larger than the cover, so a 25x25 cover will be paired with a 27x27 insert.

ABOUT LIBECO

Since establishing the family’s first weaving mill in the small Belgian town of Meulebeke over 150 years ago, 5 generations of Libeerts have been faithfully and skillfully producing the finest Belgian Linen from Flemish flax. In addition to perfecting the complex aspects of growing, harvesting, spinning, weaving, and finishing Belgian Linen, the company has made conscious efforts to reduce its footprint on the environment. Since 2014, Libeco has been a carbon-neutral company relying instead on the sun and the North Sea’s salty breeze to power the mill.

Product Care

Wash gently at no more than 30°C/86°F using a handwash or delicate cycle. Line dry only. This artisanal piece is made from unique linen yarns—variations in weave and fringe are natural and expected.

Initial linting may occur and will subside after 3–4 washes.
