The Berlin Throw Pillow is a reversible 20" x 20" pillow woven in Peru from 100% baby alpaca, designed by Canadian artist Katrin Bremermann. At 2.9 lbs with the insert, the baby alpaca loft holds across the full face through daily use.

Baby alpaca is graded at 22.5 microns, the finest classification of alpaca fiber. It sits softly against the skin, naturally hypoallergenic and free of lanolin. The fiber wicks moisture and holds its loft through years of regular use.

The Geometric Motif

Bremermann built the Berlin's composition around two geometric forms pulling in opposite directions, their edges meeting at the center of the pillow face. The shapes are bold enough to read from across the room, the woven construction giving the motif a tactile depth that reveals itself up close.

How They Style

Darkest Spruce/Bone achieves a deep charcoal motif on a pale bone ground through dyed alpaca, the high contrast reading clearly from across the room. Ivory/Coffee renders the same motif in the alpaca's own natural fiber tones. Both sit naturally against a relaxed linen sofa and warm wood frames.
