Woven in Belgium from 100% linen, the Marina Stripe Belgian Linen Pillow Cover arrives with a washed finish that is already softened, continuing to relax with use. At 440 g/m², it holds its form without going stiff.

The Belgian Linen Behind It

A family mill in Meulebeke has been weaving Belgian linen for over 160 years. It holds the Belgian Linen label, one of only six mills worldwide permitted to carry it, which certifies that the fiber is grown from European flax and woven in Belgium. It also carries the International Masters of Linen certification, which verifies that every step of production remains entirely within Europe.

On the Sofa or Bed

Insert Option

This linen throw pillow cover can be ordered with or without a premium down insert. Each insert uses a 100% cotton cover filled with 90% duck feathers and 10% goose down, sized 2 inches larger than the cover for better loft and shape.

ABOUT LIBECO

Since establishing the family’s first weaving mill in the small Belgian town of Meulebeke over 150 years ago, 5 generations of Libeerts have been faithfully and skillfully producing the finest Belgian Linen from Flemish flax. In addition to perfecting the complex aspects of growing, harvesting, spinning, weaving, and finishing Belgian Linen, the company has made conscious efforts to reduce its footprint on the environment. Since 2014, Libeco has been a carbon-neutral company relying instead on the sun and the North Sea’s salty breeze to power the mill.

Product Care

  • Wash at max 40°C / 104°F with mild soap
  • Line dry when possible
  • Iron with steam on slightly damp linen

Shipping Logistics

Some of our pillows are available to purchase with or without our premium down inserts. We think this is better for you and the planet - we recognize not everyone wants or needs an insert. As a result, they will ship without being pre-stuffed, so please show them a little love and stuff them when they arrive.

Please note all inserts are sized up an extra 2" for a super cozy + full fit.
